It looks like I might be heading to NY on Nov. 6th, and I can't really decide on a show. I've seen American Idiot, I'm seeing the Rock of Ages tour later next month, and I do plan on seeing the Next to Normal tour when it starts. Any reccomendations???

If you have an opportunity to see A Little Night Music, and you don't take it, you'll regret it for the rest of your life.

If you liked American Idiot and Rock of Ages, then you should see Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson.

Even though you're planning to see Next to Normal when it tours, I'd urge you to go see Next to Normal at the Booth Theater with Marin Mazzie and Jason Danieley in the lead roles. They are amazing, the theater is perfect, and I am so thankful I got to see it with that cast, in that venue. Gorgeous, moving, riveting, must-see piece in my book. Tom Kitt's score is beautiful & the story is compelling. I, too, will try to catch the tour, but this is the kind of show you can easily see more than once if you connect with it, which I obviously did. If I lived in NY, I'd have been back to the Booth to see it a second time by now.

Ok, I've narrowed it down to 3 choices:
Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson
La Cage Aux Folles
Next to Normal (I know I've said I'll catch it on tour, but I might not be willing to wait that long.)
Sugesstions???
I'd go LA CAGE
I've got a feeling it will close by February 2011 (after the contracts for Grammer and Hodge expire)

What's that feeling based on, quizking?
The fact that a major influx of shows will be on the horizon (getting out while on top) as well as possibly not wanting to gamble with replacements.
