How helpful is Broadway Direct? I screwed up royally- not only did I forget to use the code, the tickets are $86 cheaper the week before I actually got my ticket for. I've emailed them, but I am wondering if they will actually accommodate me.

This will sell well in previews to fans, but once it opens & reviews come out, they'll have trouble.
