Anyways, I've never even heard of Metro.
All I know about it is that (a) it was nominated for the Best Score Tony in 1992, in a season with only four Tony-eligible scores (Falsettos won), and (b) it was the subject of one of Frank Rich's most savage pans in the NYT (linked below, I hope).
