This thread is a fraud. Ricky Martin has never been late to a half-hour call, either at a matinee or an evening performance.
Dollypop--did you make up another sock puppet, just to get attention...
Again?
That was a stupid, stupid story to make up. Easily proven untrue and an insult to Ricky and indeed every actor.
You oughta be ashamed of yourself for making this all up.
But, then again, you never have been in the past, so why should you now?

In effect, you didn't think it would affect anything. Unless you think that Ricky Martin's behaviour was calculated to effect a change in your daughter's well-being. Is that how your daughter was affected by not having one of her personal effects signed?
Sunshineleopard is not a real poster. She is not a she, and there is no daughter.
There was no stage-door incident, and Ricky Martin was never late.
Fess up, Dollypop.
There is no such thing as a Ricky Martin. There is no show called "Evita" playing anywhere.
Sad, terribly sad.
P.J. , I fall more and more in love with the idea of you every day.

Sorry to disappoint you, Joey, but I had nothing to do in the creation of this thread. For a minute I was suckered into believing it was genuine.
I am not a sock puppet and I never have been one.
You'll believe what you want anyhow, so why am I even bothering with this?
Okay. Thanks. Log off and log back on as Sunshineleopard.
I can't wait to hear what he has to say.
I mean, she.

Again, believe what you want. It makes you a happy person.
@ DAME: I have to agree with you on that. He's a sweetie.
I'm still upset with someone valuing a kiss from Ricky over a stupid autograph.
Everytime I see the title of this thread, I picture the Stage Door flinging open and Ricky Martin snapping to the Evita pose with all the flourish his big Gay Heart can manage and it makes me giggle.

It is such a pet peeve of mine when people pimp their kids to get something they actually want for themselves. Like an autograph.
I'm still upset with someone valuing a kiss from Ricky over a stupid autograph.
No need to be upset.
It never happened.

Wait... if there is no such show as "Evita," does that mean there is no such person as Andrew Lloyd Webber?

Might as well post this in this crazy crazy thread! Someone said earlier that Ricky Martin tends to come out before Elena Roger and Michael Cerveris and that consequently his huge crowds will leave, allowing Roger and Cerveris fans to get somewhere in the vicinity of stagedoor. Is that often the case? I'm seeing it next month and obviously won't be fighting the Daniel Radcliffe crowd, but I'd love to meet Roger and Cerveris.

Daniel Radcliffe is no longer part of this show. He got fired after the first preview. Max Von Essen is playing his part.

rjm516 - Yes, the two times I've seen the show, the second preview and recently, Ricky left stage door first and the crowds disappeared considerably; if that happens each night and the night you're there, just grab the spot on the barrier and hold it, you'll be in luck. Max Von Essen and Rachel Potter came out first and were very personable, it was like they didn't want to leave, they chatted and signed every Playbill. Elena came out after an hour and signed and took pictures with everyone. Didn't see Cerveris, someone in the crowd mentioned he left early but I've never seen him at stage door.
