Wondering if anyone can think of a musical that involved a "road trip"? Candide comes to mind as they travel around the world and consider different philosophies and ways of life. Any others? Would love any recommendations!

Priscilla, Queen of the Desert comes to mind, even if it is a jukebox musical.
Little Miss Sunshine is a road trip musical, too, but I don’t think there’s a recording out.

There was a show off-broadway a few years back called See Rock City and other Destinations that had a road trip as a prominent point in the story-line.
Had quite a catchy score as well.

Just about every show business musical I can think of involves a road trip at some point or another; and often with songs specifically about being on the road
