Not sure that it's been reported here, but apparently they're getting a divorce. Sad for them, but hope they find happiness.
Heard this yesterday as well. Definitely surprised to hear it, and wishing them both the best.
Not surprised at all considering all the rumors from London but it is sad and I certainly wish the best for both of them going forward.

I laughed at this sentence from an AP report about their split: "He was born in Salt Lake City and is the sister of New York City Ballet star Megan Fairchild, who starred on Broadway in "On the Town.""
No, I don't think they are hinting at a reason for the split. I think it's just a mistake, and it did make me laugh, but I have to ask: where have all the copy editors gone?

Well now I feel very behind on theatre gossip :) Hope things work out for them both.

This isn't Datalounge, there's no reason to divulge anyone's personal life (rumored or not) here.
I'd forgotten that they danced together in the recent "Carousel." He gave four years to "American in Paris," as he noted on Twitter when he finished the show. A grueling challenge, and as widely reported, one that required enormous stamina, discipline, and placing the show in the absolute center of his life.

Their NYT wedding spread was kind of strange, they talked about breaking up and crappy things they did to each other. Then a year later, they did another spread about how the first year had been difficult and they had hardly seen each other and his communication skills sucked. So, not surprised. Pretty uncomfortable in rehearsals I would think right now.

Yeah I looked them up. Didn't know why I asked. Sorry. Thanks poison
Huh. Okay.
Pretty uncomfortable in rehearsals I would think right now.
Ballet is a small and incestuous world. It's really not uncommon to work with your ex(es).

Sad because you are a romantic or sad because you loved them dancing together?
Divorce? Happens to 75% [made that up] of couples daily.
Sad? I'm going to the funeral tomorrow of my friends' daughter killed in the London Bridge slaughter--now THAT'S sad.
R.I.P......x

I'm very sorry for your loss, and your friends. That is so horrible. I lost my friend, Luis Vielma, in the Pulse shooting last year. My thoughts are with you, even though we don't know each other.
Thanks Margo--we know each other through sadness....x
I'm extremely sorry for your losses Margo and SweetLips.

Oh sweetheart, thank you so much. I hadn't thought of him today, but whenever I do, I smile. He would have wanted me to. <3 Margo
