pretty sure Roger's part of it. He performed Puttin on the Ritz here in Chicago to promote the tour. So unless he REALLY has nothing else to do, I assume he's on.

Roger Bart, a big name? Not to the tour recipients. Not really. But a name. Let's wait to see if they list his Desperate Housewives credit on the advertising. If they do, they are trying to use his "name".

i'm pretty sure he's doing it...why else would he have done the broadway in chicago concert which was introducing the 2009-2010 touring shows?

Possibly because he knows the show and no one is ready yet to do a number from it? Didn't Olga Merediz from " In The Heights" also perform? She is not doing the tour.

Additionally Emma Hunton and Gerard Canonico promoted the Spring Awakening tour in Chicago last year at the same concert, and neither of them has been in the touring cast.

I'm not saying he's not doing the tour, but the Chicago performance does not confirm him for it in any way.

Why would Mel okay Cloris for the tour when he didn't want her in the show on Broadway? Or was it Cloris that turned Mel down? I don't remember.

He nixed her, the reason being that he didn't want her to "die on stage."

Then she showed him up by going on that dancing tv show and was, according to her, set to go in to the Broadway production but then it closed.
