I know that there was a thread on this, but I couldn't find it.
Mine are as follows:
My number one dream role is Dan in Next to Normal.
Mark in Rent
Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof
Leo in The Producers
Clyde in Bonnie and Clyde
Tam in Miss Saigon
Give it another 25 years and I'd kill to play the part of Joanne in Company. Singing "The Little Things You Do Together" and "The Ladies Who Lunch" and delivering the line "She's tall enough to be your mother"? Want.
And for a gender bender, give me some eyeliner and let me play Andrew Jackson in Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson.

Most of my dream roles would require a sex change, but here are the ones that don't:
Man in Chair in The Drowsy Chaperone
Leo Bloom in The Producers
Charlie Kringas in Merrily We Roll Along
that guy who Sean Hayes played whose name I can't remember in Promises Promises
Princeton/Rod in Avenue Q

I basically play all of the nerdy/awkward type roles.
