I'm pretty sure she was being serious when she said that she'd make a good Ursula. It made me laugh.

Rosie loves Sherie. The few times she has mentioned TLM on her blog, she also mentions how much she loves Sherie. Rosie has a very sarcastic sense of humor, I am sure she was joking/loving on Sherie. She knows her vocal abilities are nothing to get excited about.
