Having seen it last weekend in LA, I am not sure if there is a best song in the whole show.

Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist. Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino. This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more. Tazber's: Reply to Is Stephen Schwartz a Practicing Christian

I'm with Rosscoe -- I was no impressed with any of the it.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Oh man, "Who I'd Be" was probably my favorite musical theater song at the time when I heard it. Absolutely gorgeous when sung (and played) right.

I can't believe we skated over my amusing response and tried to make real suggestions. There only are about three decent songs in the entire score - Who I'd Be, Build a Wall and More to the Story.
If you are in a trio do the first, solo male the second and solo female the third. Happy?
