I got mine for April and I'm terribly excited... but I was greeted by this surprise which thankfully did not derail my plans:
Audra McDonald will not appear in performances from June 20, 2016 through September 25, 2016. She will return on Tuesday, September 27, 2016.

Premium seats are $325. Most expensive I've seen other than Hamilton.

As glad as I was to nab a seat before the official on-sale time, I was also annoyed that Telecharge allowed this. It's very unfair to all the people who were told they had to wait until 10:00 this morning.

It said in the most recent press release tickets would go on sale at 12:01 AM.

Happy birthday to me! I was going to wait for discounts, as I usually have to because of budgetary reasons. But my birthday is reason to splurge, and I just bought myself two nice mezzanine seats for late May. I've already blown my budget for Hamilton tickets earlier in the month, so I'll have to retire my Visa for a while! But I'm looking forward to this show!

Smaxie, I actually called Telecharge yesterday to ask when tickets were going on sale and was told at 10 am. Perhaps that was just for phone orders, but it might have been nice if she had added, "Or you can purchase them online starting at 12:01."

Girl, chill. You got your tickets, that's what matters.
Plus. I just pulled up three random dates in May all of which had plenty of ticket availability. You would have been fine buying them at 12:01, 9AM or 6PM tonight.

Just got my ticket for March 16th! Without knowing anything about the material, I can tell this show will give Hamilton a run for it's money! This will definitely be considered a new musical and not a revival correct?
