SJP commercial!

Posted: 3/3/05 at 7:50pmI searched to see if anyone posted this already and pushed "more" at least 5 times and couldnt find anything, so I decided I'd share. I just saw the new Gap ad with Sarah Jessica Parker and it's adorable. She sings I Enjoy Being A Girl and she dances through the streets in really cute outfits. Just thought I'd share this since it was sort of Broadway-ish, and I love Sarah. Anyone else catch it?

I don't like SJP's deal with Gap.
I went to Gap a few weeks ago and I walked into my little changing cubicle and I closed the door and looked in the mirror and right behind me, THERE WAS SARAH, HER FACE AS LARGE AS THE DOOR, STARING AT ME.
It was quite frightening. I think I may have let out a small yelp when I discovered her.

Posted: 3/3/05 at 11:05pmI have to admit I was really skeptical at first about her doing The Gap, but I've come around and I love her style in those commercials. My fave is still the one with Lenny though. Dig the jean capris and the heels.

I really like the Gap stuff they've been doing. Great job Marc! I have to admit the Lenny Kravitz one ROCKS. They have brilliant advertising...
As for SJP - Ya know, I kind of thought she had a better voice than that. It may just be me.

Posted: 3/4/05 at 12:32amNo offense, Marc, because I do like the arrangement, but any time a classic tune is used like that in an ad it's kind of ruined for me. When I took my nephew to see RODEO all he could say is "Beef! It's what's for dinner!" I kind of hate that. Especially since it's SJP.
