If it's the same Sany Duncan who knocked Broadway on its ear in the original production of THE CANTERBURY TALES and then played PETER PAN to rave reviews and then replaced Twiggy in MY ONE AND ONLY, and then won rave reviews when she played Roxy Hart in the current revival of CHICAGO, then the answer is "no". I've never heard of her.

I know her credentials but have only seen her on the Duncan Family and as a commentator for ballroom dancing. I'd love to see her actually perform, just havn't had the chance.
I Wish... Madeline Kahn could have played the Witch in Into the Woods. She would have rocked!

I love Sandy, I've been a fan of hers since I was like 5 when I first saw her in Pinocchio with Danny Kaye. I've also had the pleasure of meeting her a couple times and she's a sweetie, soo nice =)

peggy - Sandy doesn't have a glass eye, she just lost her vision in the one eye.

actually, the glass eye rumour isn't true (though it is a great legend!) - she has both her eyeballs - she is just blind in one because of a tumour in the 70s.

I saw her in a one-woman production of "The Belle of Amherst" a couple of years ago, that woman was amazing!!!

AND she was pretty amazing as Roxie. Different from others I've seen, but she certainly made it her own. And I was front row and she just OOZED charm!

Sandy was also in the revival of THE BOY FRIEND that starred Judy Carne from Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In. She was also featured in a Radio City Music Hall Show called 5.6.7.8 not long after she appeared in PETER PAN at the Lunt-Fontanne. She also nearly stole the show at the Encores! BASH at the City Center a couple of Novembers ago doing "A Wonderful Guy" from SOUTH PACIFIC and ending the number with a cart-wheel (at her age

I'm 15 years old.. actually 15 tomorrow, but anyways. I only know of her because of Pinnochio.. I know, it's sad. I haven't heard of anything else she's done, sadly
