Have been seeing rumors on Twitter hinting that Sarah Ramirez may be returning to Broadway soon. Can anyone confirm?

Before the theater queens tear you apart, fix your post. The woman's name is Sada, not Sarah.

You're right. It's Sara pronounced Sada. I reversed it.
It's Sara.
But I'd love for this to happen. Her talents have been wasted on that show for too long. She would have killed it in Cats.
What if on your feet is looking at her to pull in a crowd?
^ That would actually get me to see it. However, after originating roles on Broadway, I would rather she keep doing that or starting in a revival than becoming a replacement. I'm honestly not sure how much of a name she is. I mean, I obviously love her and I do know she has fans. But, there are still so many people who I mention her to and they have no clue who she is.

Then they'll need to look elsewhere. Talented as she is (and I'm sure she'd be wonderful in On Your Feet), she won't pull in a crowd. I'm aware she was on a popular TV series, but it's not like she's Kerry Washington or Viola Davis. She had a supporting role on the least buzzed about Shonda show lately.
If On Your Feet wants to pull in a crowd, then Estefan herself will have to step in.

I love Sara! She has a phenomenal voice. I hope she does indeed come back
Sara is pronounced SA-RA not SA-DA! How would u ever think an r would ever be pronounced like a d....WTF?!?!?!

Yes, I am so embarrassed that I added the "h". I know better! And it is not Sada. That's just how it sounds when non Spanish speakers can't roll their Rs.

In all fairness, she was the one who said this. In interviews she has used Tostada as an example on how to say it. I'm not making this up.
Here is 1:

And when her EP came out, she specifically told people to look her up as Sara and not Sada.

If anyone was wondering, this is probably what the OP was referring to:

Thanks for sharing, LizzieCurry. I was actually wondering because I have seen so many different rumors over the years. I never believe anything until it gets announced now.
BWW is definitely not the source to go to to get any accurate information....

You're absolutely right. It isn't. Case in point:

Irene Molloy? Why not? I think she'd even make a helluva Angelica.
Bumping this because with the news of Renée's fall departure from Hamilton, I would kill to see Ramirez as Angelica. She'd be fabulous.
She would be incredible as Angelica. But I also hope that she gets cast in a fantastic musical revival. I couldn't be happier that she is out of GREY'S ANATOMY. I'm always delighted when I hear her insanely powerful vocals and note-perfect comedic timing on the SPAMALOT cast recording.

I was going to post Angelica as a joke, because isn't everything Hamilton related these days. But, after thinking about it, she would be fabulous in it.
And how much fun would it be to mashup Hamilton and Spamalot, but it be Hamalot or Spamilton?
I don't want her to go to Hamilton because tickets are hard to get and expensive if you can. I can't drop down whatever I feel like, unfortunately. Plus, as I mentioned, I want to see her originate a role whether it's a new show or revival because I don't want to see her become a replacement.
