She was on for Sierra Boggess when I saw School of Rock last fall, and she was terrific. Especially her voice. I'm sure she'll knock "Memory" out of the park.

Not a diss to her talents at all, and she probably should have taken over for Sierra - because she was all wrong for the part - but surprised they didn't go with a "name." Guess they're making the show the thing. Again.

Well if the majority of tickets are being sold  to foreign tourists, for whom Broadway "names" aren't a selling point, they might as well go with whomever they think can sing it best.
