Seat Advice

Hi!

I wonder if anyone can offer any help. I'm visiting NY from the UK from 2nd December. I would love to see Beetlejuice, Moulin Rouge & Tootsie. I just wondered if anyone had any advice on what seats were good? In particular, how is the view from the $59 side orchestra seats for Beetlejuice? Hoping to get a discount code for Tootsie and from researching looks like I will have to pay full for Moulin. How is Orchestra partial view $139?

I haven't sat there, but I have 2 friends who have, and both said that partial view orchestra G 13 for Moulin Rouge! was a great deal at $99, with very little missed. Partial view seat L 21 is the same price. They're both available for the 12/5 performance at 2 p.m. Here's the view:

I would skip the extreme sides for Beetlejuice based off of what I’ve read on this board and when I saw the show. The Winter Garden is huge and for this show there are a lot of tech elements. For what it’s worth, I got a ticket to Beetlejuice for a Sunday Matinee for $60 from tkts. Seat was located in the Center Orchestra about 16 rows back.

If you can grab one of those partial view $99 seats for Moulin Rouge, I'd say do it. I sat in L25 so a little further back than row G and slightly less severe of an angle. I also thought I missed very little and relative to what everyone else was paying, thought $99 was a decent deal. For Tootsie, I'd try the lottery which I don't think is too hard to win.

Hi!

Sorry for the delayed response, but thank you all for your advice. Very much appreciated! I managed to get all shows booked, and discounts for all aside from Moulin as suggested went with partial view for $139.

I just had one more question if anyone might be able to offer any advice, Waitress do you think it's likely to offer any discount codes for early December or should I just book now?

December is quite the season for Bway...while it COULD happen, I don't think it's likely - esp since it's closing shortly after that.
