I hope Jeff Church is burning in Hell. There is nothing tragic about his death.
I read the articles in the KCStar and The Pitch. In one someone says Church's actions were one of the worst kept secrets in Kansas City Theatre. He worked at the theatre for 30 years. How many years had Church been attacking young boys and men?
The habit of theatre people knowing and saying nothing MUST END NOW! Spare me their excuses. The same holds true for anyone who worked at the theatre. As for the Board, past and present, how many members knew of Church's action and did nothing? They are equally to blame! In a just world, there should be law against Board members who know the secret, but say nothing. YES, INVESTIGATE, but let the findings speak!
