Shakespeare in the park virtual lotto question

So, I just entered the online lottery for Shakespeare in the park. However, I have entered it before, and when I am done, I get a message saying that that I entered and to check back at noon to see the results. But, that wasn't what I got. Instead, when I clicked submit it took me right back to the first step. How do I know if my entry was accepted?

same thing JUST happened to me. I re-entered my info and still didn't get a confirmation screen the second time.

I think that because of this I may have by mistake entered twice. I am going to call the Public first thing tomorrow and see what's going on.

No one at the Public is going to know what you did online. Just follow the directions online and hope you win.

We tried for Much Ado and they were having problems. not sure if it is the same thing. But their server crashed the 2 times we entered.

The system was down-it was on both Twitter and Facebook. It's up again.

I tried for the lottery today, but haven't received an email yet. Do both winners and losers receive emails? Is there a time by which emails are usually received? Thanks.

Madbrian, they do provide listening devices (I believe) and everyone gets emailed, even if you lose.

You can also go back to the website anytime after noon and you will get a message if you won or not...

You have to confirm your entry once you initially submit it, if it is the same as last year.
