when she answered something, there was no way to tell what the question was as the question was already off the page from the 25 responses that were made after the question and before the answer!

No orangeskittles, you are misinformed:

What happened was, the advisors didn't test out the chat room before today.

So when everyone came in, they were unprepared for the set up of the chat room they chose.

They moved around to 2 other chat sites which were less confusing, but could not be managed by anyone. So it was a free for all with like 1,000 people talking at once.

Chaos. Nice intention. Poor planning. Bad outcome.

It was a mess! I was so embarassed by some people's behavior. There were some immature ones in there. And rude, too. But Sho was cool about it. If she ever does it again, I hope it's a little more organized. People need to be a little more respectful.

442namffug get your facts straight.

The chat server WAS tested, there was over 80 people in the room, it fried, so therefore we had to move it somewhere else.
Shoshana's computer wasn't working on one, so we had to go to the third option, which we couldn't moderate cause it was a very very very quick maneuver in order to try to save out butts.


and major kudos to Shoshana for actually putting up with that crap!
Stop posting crap if you don't know the truth!

What a tough spot to be in... chaos vs. no chat at all. Can't say I envy the people who put this together. You have to admit, it WAS a mess, but you did the best you could with what you had and Shoshana seemed pleasant enough about it so all I have to say is thanks for trying your bests and bringing us what you could. Live and learn.

we learnt - never do it w/o a paid chat!
i admit, it WAS a mess, i was devestated, we worked so hard on making the chat work, and it all went downhill, but as you said, live and learn.
better things in store anyways :)

was organized through "shoshanabeanonline", shoshana's fansite. there was an announcement on the main page about it. There were only a few days notice, thought. Maybe 4 or 5?

Edit: no, no transcript. but i'm sure it would make GREAT entertainment to read. some of the stuff chatters said, and shoshana herself said were just priceless.

Let's get some other facts straight. Very few ppl said she was mean, many said she was rude. I'm not fighting over this, but idk what she does online, I care about my PERSONAL experiences. I can't stand wicked fans bc after that chat, the whole 80 of them are all gonna be "i kno sho, yea we talk online." I remember a day before she was big and I emailed her every night, but then she got a "theatre name" and lost most fans.

shoshana: I make noise when I pee, chuck.

Don't make generalizations that aren't based in fact. I do not claim to know Shoshana or to talk online with her, and I was in that chat. I'm not saying that nobody will do that, because I'm sure somebody will, but just don't speak for everyone.

I wasn't actually referring to every single person, but I'm inferring that many of her fans are young and do things like that. It was a generalization. Like all men that are into theatre are gay, im straight. so yea. Sorry if i offended you
