Yes, TOO bad.

Clearly not the brightest bulb in the lamp but amen to the concept of moving on. Can we discuss theater for a change, an assortment of it, on this *theater* chat board and get over Wicked for a little while... at least?

to bad we cant just delete all the new posts pertaining to the same topic
Too late for that. Get ready for four weeks of "will the show survive without Idina?" and "will I survive without Idina?" threads.
I wonder if the board will just shut off now that Idina's leaving...no Idina and no Bare?! I mean, what else is there to talk about now?

But WHO WILL REPLACE SHOSHANA?
BSoBW2: I punched Sondheim in the face after I saw Wicked and said, "Why couldn't you write like that!?"

is it just me or does she sound like a crazy little Wicklyn? Now if you added some spelling mistakes to what she said, AnD sOOMe raNdom caPiaTls, she would totally fit in as on of them.

Yay for Elphabean!:) Shoshana has such a stellar voice! With Stephanie on tour and Shoshana in New York, Wicked fans can celebrate - and stop obsessing about who's going to be the new who.... Cause that was getting old. FAST.
Am moderately sorry that Joey McIntyre is leaving. When I was 8, I loved him. (However, after the NKOTB Bands Reunited episode, he fell way down the totem pole of favorite New Kids!)

There's always room for pathos - and jazz hands.

This means Kristy will probably be the new standby! They were going to have her be the standby, but then they brought Shoshana in.

Mindy Cohn was robbed! I guess she'll have to do another "Facts of Life" reunion show now. Mrs. Garrett...it's just not fair!!!

now or later Shoshana would have played Elphaba anyways, and I'm sure Eden will get to play her eventually. Wicked is definitley going to be on broadway for a while, there is no denying that! Good luck to the new cast.
