Yes! It's amazing. There's nothing terribly scary in it. Just a few moments that might make you uncomfortable. It's really not all that terrible.

A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.

The best play to hit Broadway since Proof.

I am the same way with scary movies, but I loved the Pillowman. I even bought the script, and realised that I can't read it at night.

The show was amaxing! i am so glad that i was able to see it before it closed. if i missed it, knowing how good it was, i would have regreted not going. aside from being a tad bit dark, it's also hilarious. a definate must see! go, and then tell us what you thought.

Yes, it's most definitely a must see! I don't do horror movies, and while the content is very disturbing, it is also very funny and wonderfully performed. It was my favorite show last season, and I'm very sad to see it go.

But when did New Hampshire become--Such a backward wasteland of seatbelt hating crazies?...I mean, only 40 people actually live there. The others are just visitors who come for the tax-free liquor and three inches of novelty coastline. John Hodgeman on The Daily Show (1-30-07)

The last performance is September 18 at 3PM. I'm planning to attend (it'll be my fifth time seeing it).

Yes yes see it! There are only like 2 parts where you jump from being scared. The rest is alright. Although the subject matter is a little gross and weird, it is done in a way that makes it somewhat humourous. I highly recommend it.

Yeah, I'm hoping to be there for my 4th time at the closing. I figure I'll get there at the ass-crack of dawn to try for rush, and if I miss out, there's always SRO. That leaves 30 some-odd seats/spots, so I'd think I should be good. *fingers crossed*

Woo definitely see it! I've seen it 5 times now, and will be there at closing and hopefully at least once more before that.

And hang on, when did you win the discus?

I have big plans to second act it once or twice when I go back to school. Ahhh, the joy of a monologue delivered in classic Goldblumian manner!

Definitely go see this show. I hate scary movies and I absolutely loved this show. It really touches you and you end up thinking about it for like the next few days (at least that is what happened to me). Yes it is a dark subject, but it is surprisingly funny and very touching. Billy Crudup also gives an excellent performance (as does the rest of the cast) and the sets are very cool....

Definitely take a trip to see Pillowman before it closes!
