Well CapnHook i'm sorry.. she didn't ruin it she spoilled it.... she dragged it down from being good.. She was no Bryan Bratt or David Shiner.. and I don't think actors should fund their own projects..

I don't see how she spoiled Seussical. If ANYONE did harm to SEUSSICAL, it was AARON CARTER. Rosie O' Donnell can take second place on that. (Sorry, Rosie. Love ya, but you didn't act.)

As for funding her own projects, I agree with you there. I think its fine to fund tours, but to fund a Broadway production...five times within 10 years! A bit too much.

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

I am so looking forward to Woman in White. I read the book years ago.

I also think that Mambo Kings would be a good show.

Oh and the COLOR PURPLE hopefully will be the masterpiece it is as a book and movie.

That's what I thought! I know 2004 was the last year regional theatres could get the rights to produce WSS. And that was because a major revival was in the works.

90% of the productions done of BBB are crap.

It's finally time to see a professional production with revisions and all the new songs added.

Sorry CapnHook, but again I will have to point something out to you again. We shouldn't blame the actors miscasted in the roles but the producers. Aaron Carter didn't decide to be in it, that was a poor choice to make people come to the show. He didn't do damage to it.. he only brought it down.

And on the topic of Cathy Rigby, you can't say:
"Rosie O' Donnell can take second place on that. (Sorry, Rosie. Love ya, but you didn't act.)".... because I feel the same about her.

First of all.. ..
CHORUS LINE!! OMG!!!

2. Peter Pan will be amazing... so excited to see it come back

3. Bye Bye Birdie will be great! I think its time it came back...

4. Susicall sucks and there was nothing ANYONE could do about it...

5. I'm happy for all the reviivals its been a wile since a really GREAT show has come out (in my mind the Producers) so if we need some tradtional shows to come back... I think we should welcome it!
