Wow - totally missed that this revival happened, and definitely didn’t expect a new cast recording. For my money, this is one of the boppiest scores this side of Hairspray. I look forward to listening. Thanks for sharing!

Anyone know if they used the first Take Me to Heaven in this production for the opening number? Is it just not on the album?

Not listening to this album, but I got to see a regional production of SISTER ACT some years back and my loved ones saw it on Broadway. It's a flawed piece with an okay score, but I've always thought the weaknesses can be masked somewhat by a strong performance from the lead.
