thought this might be of interest. I would bet it will be similar to the talks he has done with Rich before, but it's a small venue and I'd recommend buying tickets now before the Times sends out an email blast about it. When people do Times Talks events around a book release, they often do a book signing as well...

Thanks! Just got two tickets. I'm very excited as I've never been able to make it to one of these talks before. I hope there is a book signing too!
Just bought my ticket! But, I doubt there will be a book signing. I think Mr. Sondheim's an extremely nice, generous man, but I doubt he wants to sign all of those books and meet all of his gushing fans. He's very shy, at least, it seems that way.
Well he did meet them at Sweeney Todd and Night Music CD signings.
Once every 5 years doesn't make it too likely.
I'm just saying he's not opposed to signings. Where did I say anything about it being likely?
