When I'm riding in the car, listening to my Phantom CD, which is usually, and it's been a long day, Music of the Night always puts me to sleep...
Then I'm awoken by Carlotta's Italian shreiking...
Also, Sarah Brightman's Dust in the Wind. I just feel like I'm in a good center of gravity when I hear it.

if i wanna fall asleep to a cast recording, it has to be something ive heard a thousand times so i dont try to listen to the plot or sing along.

Lately I've been singing "Ariadne" from The Frogs or "Look Over There" from La Cage in my head as I fall asleep. I don't like listening to music as I lie in bed, but sometimes just singing to myself can really soothe me, especially if I'm feeling stressed or depressed.
