The Broadway Doctor revisits Spider-Man. Who will buy?

Spider-Man, revisited.
All this trashing the show before it even opens, people saying im only going because im getting paid too etc is stupid. The show could be amazing. You are all basing this opinion that it's gonna be bad on what exactly?....that it's had a troubled pre production?, that it has a big budget?
None of you know anything about this show
I know NOTHING about the show except for what is bashed and praised but I will say that that set they are showing is kind-a neat. IMHO.
The show has just become a joke at this point and this "will it or won't it" nonsense has been a conversation for over a year. So yeah, SPIDERMAN has become a joke.
Spiderman went through the same problems that many shows go through (Budget issues, cast changes etc)the difference with this show is like Taboo all the stories from behind the scenes are making the press.
I NEED opening night tickets. It is my sister's birthday and she is coming in from California. Since it is not a listed date on sale, how do I get them? Should I also be worried that it will not still be open on December 21st or it won't be ready to open? I know all of you are very reliable with this sort of information.
And I hope nobody thinks I am serious.
I have a code for presale. PM me if you are interested.
^^ I'm interested in the code, can you send it my way? Your PMs don't work
The difference with this show is the veil of secrecy which, up until now, has been over the entire production and all its elements. Not a not of the score has been heard, there are no circulating demos nor promo songs, and these photos of the set design are the first things to give us proof that there IS a production at all.

People weren't this bitchy about HAIR, although they were bitchy. And then it opened and all our lives were made brighter by the birth of the Starshines.
I just don't know how anybody can not be at least a little curious about what Julie Taymor is gonna come up with. Instead of trying to wrap your pseudo-insidery brains around how much money it will have to make, why not wait and see what a talented theatre artist can come up with?

Anyone who has visited the Spider Man on Broadway website has been greeted with a small piece of the score, so more than "a note" has been heard. And there have been many small performances of individual songs, including "Boy Falls from the Sky" at U2 concerts.

Reeve Carney has performed "Boy Falls from The Sky" but U2 has definitely not.
Does anyone know if they increased the capacity for The Hilton?
firescape, your PMs don't work. Can you PM me the code please?

There was a video on "the site" a few months ago, which has since been removed, of "Boy Falls..." which was definitely by U2.
Firescape - I could use the code as well

From sitting in the balcony for previous shows in the Hilton, what is it like?

I ordered group tickets for the 'flying circle' for January -
the group agent told me that he was present for the media event and that sitting in the balcony would put you 'out of the show' - I asked him what he meant and he said -
"This is going to be the most fXking incredible show to hit bway - like nothing before - the action will take place over orchestra"
He thought the mezz would be the place to see this show/event
He added he had been a naysayer but that after seeing the set, rigging, costumes he thinks it will do well -
it peaked my interest -
