Hey,
Does anyone know how to get Spiderman rush seats - when it is, if there have been long lines, etc?
Thanks!

I thought the B.O. opened at Noon? I have heard that people who get in the Rush line at 9am are too late.
Might be different tomorrow, though, since the snow decided to dump on us...

Posted: 1/1/11 at 1:07pmI plan on doing student rush tomorrow (Saturday 1/2/11). What time should I be at the theater by?

Posted: 1/1/11 at 1:11pm^ Tomorrow is Sunday. The latest I would even think about getting there is 10 AM.

Posted: 1/1/11 at 1:13pmIs there guaranteed rush at every performance, or is it only when they have seats left over?

I asked the box office the same question and was told they can't guarantee there will be rush for every performance.

there was a fairly decent sized line by 8:30 last saturday so I don't think you'd get a ticket at 10:30

Posted: 6/8/11 at 10:17pmI don't know, I showed up on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend at 11:00 AM and got two great seats for the matinee. I think it's a crapshoot.

Posted: 6/15/11 at 3:15pmI can't find the exact thread, but I read once on this board that the front row is up for rush too. Is this true?
Spiderman Rush#19
Posted: 6/18/11 at 2:29amI also read that. Can anyone verify that the first one/two seats are reserved for rush??

Posted: 6/18/11 at 9:32pmWhen I rushed, my seat was in the second to last row on far side. Everyone that I recognized as being in the line with me earlier were in the far seats in rows moving toward the stage (the four edge seats in all the back rows).

Posted: 6/19/11 at 12:25amWhat would be a good time to get to the theater for a friday if the box office opens at 10?

Posted: 6/19/11 at 3:23amWere these seats still good, even though they were so far back (good view, able to see flying, etc.)

Posted: 6/19/11 at 10:49amThey were fine. You can see the lower bits of flying, but not when he lands in the balcony or goes higher up. We probably missed a grand total of 45 sec of flying bits put together. You do miss a few video screens on the stage (due to angle), but the ones on the other side are pretty much showing the same thing, so you get the idea. Personally, I did not mind missing a bit of flying and a couple screens, because I was able to be in the theatre and see the show for only $30!

Just wondering how rush has been since they opened, have they had any seats? I noticed it has not been at the TKTS booth since it opened in June, has anyone gotten rush tickets since then?
