I was wondering if anyone knew where the stage door was for the Forrest Theatre in Philadelphia on Walnut Street. It's closed right now (no productions right now), so there's no one inside to ask. I walked around the outside of the theatre and the only doors that had handles on the outside were on Walnut Street, to the left of the glass doors, next to the Dunkin donuts. it wasn't marked, but i figured this must be the stagedoor. A stage door always has to have handles on the outside right, because otherwise there's on way performers can open the door, short of banging on the door, correct? Many thanks for anybody's help..
There's an alley that is to the right of the theatre as you face it. If you're in the alley and you look straight ahead, I believe you should be looking right at a Maoz. Good luck!
At the Walnut mostly everyone enters and exits through the main entrance.
Forrest is in the alley behind the theatre.

thanks. the doors in the alley didn't seem to have door handles on the outside, but it sounds like you're familiar with this area. do you go down that alley, and then you make a left into another quasi-alley for the stagedoor? that area was temporarily fenced off because nothing is playing at the Forrest right now. thansk again for the help.
Yes the fenced off area is where the Forrest stage door is
