I was at Rent on the 20th and I asked the restroom attendant where it was and she said "right were you enter". I didn't believe her! So I asked one of the guys selling the merchandise and he said that there wasn't a stage door. That they come out the front entrance. I still didn't really believe him. lol
But sure enough, I walk outside and there's a bunch of people waiting and eventually some of the actors came out.
bwayboy522, you really won't be confused. When the show is over just follow the entire audience outside the front door (the same one who come into before the show). Then hang around until the actors come out.

Posted: 6/28/06 at 10:16pmWell-l technically, the stage door is the door at the end of the main hallway of the theatre. Once you go through that, then you go into this sort of outside walled-in area- the RENT wall room, and then there is a door in that that leads to the dressing rooms. Yeah.

depends.
Some actors don't come out at all.
Some come out right away and some it takes longer *may have more costume to take off..etc...*
Some actors may be giving a backstage tour to family/friends before coming out.

I think Katurian was explaining where the stage door ACTAULLY is. However, most (if not all) of the cast goes out through the main lobby doors.
If you go to the ACTUAL stage door, you may be quite disappointed.
