Yeah, I never see them come out anymore. It's like they just disappeared or something.

That's right! I'm boycotting Threepenny Opera until those three come out the stage door!

Yesterday I walked by the theater and the marquee wasn't even up anymore. It's like they want people to think they're closed or something!

"You travel alone because other people are only there to remind you how much that hook hurts that we all bit down on. Wait for that one day we can bite free and get back out there in space where we belong, sail back over water, over skies, into space, the hook finally out of our mouths and we wander back out there in space spawning to other planets never to return hurrah to earth and we'll look back and can't even see these lives here anymore. Only the taste of blood to remind us we ever existed. The earth is small. We're gone. We're dead. We're safe." -John Guare, Landscape of the Body

Wow, they haven't came out the stage door since June 25th AND the marquee is down!? Something's fishy over there!

And to boot, I went inside to try and buy a ticket and there wasn't anybody at the box office. Man, these people have no work ethic whatsoever!

probably? No this IS the reason why there aren't getting tickets. The show has been closed since June 25.

...What happened next, was stranger still, a woman breathless and afraid, appeared out of the night, completely dressed in white. She had a secret she would tell, of one who had mistreated her. Her face and frightened gaze, my mind cannot erase...But then she ran from view. She looked so much like you...

Having trouble getting tickets? Were they waiting at the theatre?

I'm really enjoying this thread.

If that makes me a bad person, I'm OK with that.

Stars are so inconsiderate nowadays. I went to the Scoundrels stage door and they told me Norbert is never coming out, ever again. And then I went to Hairspray and they said the same thing about Harvey, and then I went to Rent and they said the same thing about Adam Pascal! And then I went to Chicago and they said Gwen Verdon will NEVER come out of their stage door! And then I tried to ask around to find out where The Sound of Music was playing so I could get Mary Martin's autograph, but people were so unhelpful -- they looked me like I was from outer space! I tell you, some stars are just too big for their britches!
