Since Broadway came back a year ago, business has been soft, so a lot fewer shows are selling standing room because they are not selling out. The well-publicized exception is The Music Man, of course. But I'm reading on these boards about Funny Girl starting (when available) Sept. 27 and I heard from a friend that Into the Woods has done it on rare occasion.
Can people share their standing room availability knowledge here, including what day and time they bought them, as well as what the box office or various shows have been saying?
Keep in mind that not every theatre is physically capable of selling SRO tix, and some shows that have both the space and the demand for SRO, still don't necessarily choose to sell it.
Plaza Suite probably could've sold SRO if the Hudson had the spots for it. Same with MJ (I don't think the Simon has SRO?)
Not sure what the situation with Six is - that theatre does have SRO spots, and I'd guess that they frequently sell out. Not sure if they actually sell SRO.
I wonder about Moulin Rouge too - their grosses have gone down a lot, but their capacity remains really strong. I saw that show via SRO pre-pandemic, so unless they suspended the policy for some reason, I'd guess that they still sell SRO sometimes.
This may help you a bit.

^Definitely a good starting place, I agree. But take that list with a grain of salt, because it only includes SRO policies that the producers officially announce, which can vary significantly from what's actually happening "on the ground."
Yeah. A fair number of shows definitely do it without publicizing it.

Let's publicize it here!

Yes, I'm aware of this - the Lunt-Fontanne doesn't sell SRO either. Before Hairspray moved into the Neil Simon, the producers and the Nederlanders presciently added seats to the center orchestra all the way to the back wall, eliminating standing room for behind center orchestra. But they continued to sell standing room for right and left rear orchestra. I'm not sure if any show since has sold well enough to be able to sell SRO.
MJ sells standing room tickets at sold out performances.

Does anyone know how much the standing room is for Funny Girl? They posted a whole thing about it on social media but unless I'm blind I didn't see a price mentioned anywhere

I went onto the Funny Girl website and did that robo-chat thing, and they said Standing Room tickets are not available at this time. I think someone has to ask for you at the box office because I did not see the price listed either

Since broadwayforbrokepeople hasn't been updated for quite some time, I made a similar version and intend to keep it updated as best as I can.

wow this is awesome! I love the filters too! I'm just a little confused on the schedule icons, what do the blue dots mean? At first I thought it was matinees but a lot of them seem to be on Mondays so I don't think that's it.

I'm glad you like it! The blue dots are shows at an unusual schedule, like Monday show, Thursday matinee and Sunday evening show. Tbh I'm not sure how useful this weekly calendar is. I removed it for mobile view, but haven't done it for desktop view yet.
Btw, if you open it on mobile phone, those TodayTix links should be able to pull up the app for you, so you can enter the rush right away.

Six sells SRO whenever the show is sold out. They have twelve SRO spots, I believe. They were selling SRO for many shows throughout the summer, but other than particularly eventful shows (ex. a new cast member's debut, an old cast member's last show), they haven't been selling SRO in the past few weeks (particularly on weekdays), as the show hasn't sold out. When SRO isn't available, the box office will usually make its remaining seats available at lower prices ($49-$99) to sell them several hours before the show.
