I love SJB. I don't think she's be in a role worthy of a Tony nod yet. That has nothing to do with her talent. I didn't see DROOD, but maybe she'll win for that show???

Winning a Tony comes down to timing. She may not even be nominated for Drood, because of already having Laura, Patina, Lila, and the Matildas.

She should have been nominated for a Tony for The Boy From Oz. She's had a pretty good career though, so far.

meh.. I consider her to be overrated... everyone gushes about how great and awesome her voice is... saw her twice in Wicked and both times she failed to hit any of the those big belty notes in defying gravity and her no good deed was tepid... everyone said she was under the weather but for both those times she was under the weather... i walked away extremely disappointed... she's talented... but she's not what everyone made her out to be

what frustrates me about her is that she doesn't do many solo concerts. I would buy tickets to one in a heart beat. Especially in LA. hint hint hint hint

Broadway Guy, we could all agree that Stephanie should have a Nobel prize in Physics. It would have the same impact as us all agreeing she should have a Tony. What is it exactly you think a consensus here even if there was one accomplishes?

I just feel that She was Overlooked by the Tony committee during her Pirate Queen run.She clearly was the best leading female performance of that year.She got completely snubbed.The show wasn't that great But her and Hadley were mega deserving of a nomination.

Poor Stephanie got screwed out of her Wicked part and Than her Pirate queen show flopped. it's always sad when a amazing talented female gets sidelined. No offense to Idina or Anything.

I mean if you want to give her Nobel Prize then Be my guest.

IMO yes.But that's not my call.Ebersole deserved it.If it wasn't going to be Stephanie Im glad it was Ebersole. But I still think Stephanie got snubbed out of a Nomination.
