Sunset Blvd/St James pricing oddities

Just wondering if anyone has insights on the following. I'm shopping for Sunset Blvd tickets and focusing on Orchestra seats close to the stage (when I saw it in London, I was further back, so I want to be relatively close this time). Looking at the seat map, I noticed that Row B has some pricing oddities.... Specifically, most seats in that row cost $474, while four seats in the middle of the row (105-108) cost $379. Out of curiosity, I looked at several different dates and, while the prices vary depending on the casting and day of week, the discrepancy seems to always be there. (If you want to see it with your own eyes, there's an example here.) Row C has a similar pattern but in an alternating way (cheaper seats are 108-111), though the cheaper seats have already sold out on many dates, so it's harder to see (though as of right now you can see it here).

Does anyone have insights on why those particular seats would be priced lower? I'm guessing the goal is to encourage staggering, but it's peculiar because I would expect that, for this show, these seats will mostly sell out, regardless of price.

Anyway, I just wondered if anyone else has noticed this and had insights about it.

Those seats in Row B that are a bit cheaper are marked as accessible seating. I don't know what makes those particular seats acccessible, having seen the show a few times now, but I guess that's the reason the site is giving.

If you click on accessible on that date they are listed under "Vision/Hearing Accessible" It was a process of elimination of the options to choose from.

I have also seen that they must release the front row closer to the show date. Many will show greyed out and then pop in available for sale a bit cheaper than current pricing for Row B. You can see that as an example through mid-April.

Historically, my preference for most shows has been to sit very close to the front of center orchestra. With only a few exceptions, I generally regret buying seats further back or upstairs. However, if you have options, I don't recommend the first three rows of the orchestra for this production of Sunset Blvd. I sat in row C the first time I saw it, and I felt that it was too close. The video screen is very tall and I did a lot of looking up, as one does when a stage is particularly high. Just my .02.
