I, too, am an under 18 and I don't have the knowledge to answer either, so I'm not going to try. I mean, I love Idina Menzel as much as the next guy, but I wouldn't dare to say she's the best of all time.

EDIT FOR ORIGINAL POST: I cannot say about the greatest of "all time" but Michael Arden is amazing now, will be in the future, and surely remembered for his talent IMO.
