THEATRE FAILS & OOPS!!

I'm in shock. Never have the words "Les Miserables" been so self-explanatory and accurate. It may be the first performance of the show where the audience dies at the end.
I don't usually like to criticize high school productions, but mon Dieu, they actually seem to be performing under duress. The berets...Javert's dandy tricorn...Marius...the total and complete apathy exhibited by the Thenardiers, later echoed by the entirely rigid and motionless cast...it's all just...mizzerahbluh.

Thanks, taboo - I'm also partial to their performance of "A Heart Full of Love." I have a feeling these clips are going to change some lives today!

My personal favourite.
Whenever I feel bad about my voice, I listen to this. Works every time.

Can't tell if this is community theater or middle school or what, but it sure is a bunch of 12-year-olds doing EVITA. Epic fail 25 seconds in:

LOL. I find it poignant that it happens on the line:
'Oh but it's sad when a love affair dies...'
it adds a nice touch.

Can we please bring this to Broadway? Clearly she is giving the performance of a lifetime!

Posted: 4/29/11 at 11:11amWhen I was Mr. Warbucks in Annie at a community theater, during a scene change, the set fell on our Grace, but she was fine and the show went on without anything more than just a slightly longer scene change. The biggest fail though was in my middle school's horrendous version of Oklahoma! the CD we used starting skipping in the last song and the whole cast and audience just lost it!

WOW. That Dreamgirls production reminds me exactly of that scene in the indie film "Camp". LOL
