Always preferred going here instead of the Times Square booth. 1.) it's inside 2.) there's never a line 3.) the employees there wouldn't get frustrated if you asked them a few questions

There are also nicer restaurants there so you can have a good lunch and zip back to the theater district by subway.

Anyone know why the Lincoln Center TKTS isn't open today?

It was open! They were having some issues with the app but they were open!

I missed this thread earlier, but we went here on the Friday of Thanksgiving weekend and although the lines were shorter than the TS location, with only 2 windows open it still took us an hour to get to the windows.  20 minutes or so outside (chilly but not bad) and 40 minutes inside.  So the shorter line was a false saving, at least for us.

Being it was a holiday weekend the lines were much longer. I do find the lines a lot shorter and as has been said it is nice to be indoors if no line.

Looks like there's still issues with the app saying Lincoln Center is closed. TKTS has confirmed it is open.
