The best picture they've ever taken.

That sounds like a good book. Anyone going to go see it for the Kids Night-ish days or Kid's Night?

Just stumbled on this after my neice got the Tarzan 2 DVD. It contains a song which is actually a modified version of "I Need to Know" from Tarzan the broadway musical. Not sure which came first. I found it interesting to see. Anyone else happen to see/hear it?

I love the Disney movie and I liked the musical version. Even without Tantor, and Terk is now a man... Well, detais. Just details. =P But what I most liked in the musical was Jenn Gambatese. She's so lovely, such a wondeful voice...

Yes, the book is $26.40 on pre-order from amazon. There will also be a Mary Poppins book coming out as well. It is also $26.40 on pre-order. Disney does a nice job on their publications. I cant wait to see these future releases

Tarzan-The Broadway Adventure (book) was just released. If you are a Tarzan fan, then you really should check it out. It is a great book with behind the scenes production information and great photos.
There was a book signing event at The World of Disney store in NYC on 3/15. Josh and Jenn performed 2 songs from the show. They gave an awesome performance, as usual. It was a great time for any Tarzan fan. Did any of you also attend?

There are some great reviews of the event & pictures at the fansite for Josh - www.joshstricklandonline.com. I have ordered the book, should get here any day now.

BroadwayBoobs: I'll give all of you who weren't there a hint of who took the pictures ...it rhymes with shameless

SOMMS: I knew it was Tink!

Was there on Thursday at the Disney Store!! It was so much fun and Josh and Jenn were amazing as always!!! I was surprised that a lot of people from Josh's board ended up showing up cause they didn't announce the event that much.

The book is amazing and gives so much detail about behind the scenes of Tarzan. Great pictures also that you can check out on Josh's site as well! :)

I give major props to the editors of the book for including an epilogue that acknowledges the bad reviews the show got. Rather than ducking the facts and trying to pretend that it was another Disney mega-hit, it admits that it was not well-received, but instead focuses on how the cast and show soldiered on anyways.

And you know what? When you're on Broadway, that's what you have to do. You don't give any less and you just keep going, despite what reviews say. A very classy touch.
