JHart congrats on your cast! i usually drink water because tea may have sugar/gritty stuff which i just can't stand but i'll have to give that olive oil a try next time i'm in a bind. :)

Posted: 3/28/05 at 2:40pmI like White Tea. There's some brand called Republic Teas, or something like that which makes a mellon flavored white tea...it's very good. English Breakfast tea is good, too (it's an orange flavor). I also drink lots of coffee because it beats smoking and I'm substituting addictions (and it's actually working). I've found that my voice is sounding better now that I'm drinking a lot of coffee (kind of odd...).

Have some tea, my lord,
Some Chrysanthemum tea.
It's an 'erb that's superb
for disturbances at sea...

Posted: 3/28/05 at 5:00pmI like to make my own tea type drink. It's Lemon juice, water and honey, it tates delicious and is really good for your voice. I lost my voice before a gig once and drinking that helped me a lot.
