Did you happen to read through the whole thread to see what other issues some of us are having? The site is very difficult to navigate to the point I have stopped looking to purchase tickets online and will go to the box office directly.

Yes, thank you everyone for the feedback. We are working on improvements to the seating chart and the speed of applying promo codes.
