Telecharge has gone live with their updated desktop site now at https://m.telecharge.com and it includes a page for discounts as well as a more modern UI for both the site and seat selection. It's essentially the mobile site, but larger.
WOAH! That's a real improvement. Some glitches with the zooming in when you try to look at specific prices/seats, but it's so so much better and cleaner than before. And finally they appear to have integrated TelechargeOffers into regular Telecharge. Good job, Shubert.
There's an improvement to the mobile app as well. It used to maddeningly only return seat choices pre-selected by Telecharge, even when requesting the desktop version. Now it finally displays the seating chart and allows users to select their seats in the same manner as the full desktop site.
This is definitely better than the mobile site had been with the flashing circles for where the empty seats were, but the filtered seats needs to have a larger visual difference to be distinguished. Still, I'm glad they're continuing to make improvements!

Absolutely agree that the filtered seats need thicker circles and/or brighter colors to make them stand out, especially on a phone screen.
Bumping this. The new website seems to be up now. I have multiple problems with it but the biggest being that there no longer seems to be a way to apply a discount code. Specifically, try going to telechargeoffers.com - there is no place to enter a code.
As of this afternoon, it looks like the old site is no more, with all traffic being redirected to the new site. Sad to see it go, honestly, as I already have issues with the update, foremost being the annoying having to zoom in to see prices, instead of hovering the cursor over the seat, as well as not being able to look at a range of dates without selecting every date individually. Also, having blue unsold seats and grey sold seats isn't a drastic enough color difference when looking at the un-zoomed seating chart. The bright orange unsold seats on the old site were perfect, and, if I could very clearly see the unsold seats against the sold ones, and was able to hover over the seat to get the price, I wouldn't even bother zooming in at all.
If someone from Telecharge is looking at this thread for feedback:
1. Hover over seat to get the price
2. Brighter color for unsold seats, orange or yellow would be best. If they're going to stay blue, they should be completely blue (like Ticketmaster), and not white with a blue outline.

Is there no such thing as user acceptance testing anymore?

Telecharge upgraded their website and it’s much better now. It’s not hard to navigate, enter discount codes, or see which tickets are sold or for sale. Stop complaining.
Don't feel the need to start an entirely new thread for this question- but does anybody know of a discount code for Lempicka? I have the $30 Amex Telecharge offer, figure I would maximize a discount if possible.

Although this really should be in the Broadway Discounts thread--no need to start a new thread, you can find it here: https://forum.broadwayworld.com/readmessage.php?thread=1125911 ,--I will suggest that if you don't get a code, you can buy a $150 Telecharge gift card (service charge $5).
Telecharge will email it to you almost immediately, AmEx will give you the $30 credit shortly thereafter, and then you can use the GC whenever you do get a discount code for any show in which you're interested. And yes, it works, I've done it and so have others on this board from whom I first heard about it.
I am having the hardest time with the new site. At first I thought it might be with using my Safari browser but having the same problem with Firefox.
It seems to take awhile for the map to load.
When adding a promo code I have to hit send two or three times before it accepts the code. Zooming in to see price of seats doesn't seem to work properly for me. I try to zoom in and nothing happens for the longest time and then when it finally does it zooms in too much as I lose the section I was looking at.
I was going to purchase tickets for two different shows and decided to give up trying.
Is anyone else running into any of these issues?

Nope. Sorry. This new site is glitch city. I tried 3 times today to purchase tickets to Prayer for the French Republic and each time, it let me go all the way through the order process, and when I clicked to complete purchase, it glitched out and gave me a weird error message. I gave up and ended up not ordering tickets. They should not have let this new site go live until they worked out the kinks.
I've come to dread looking for tickets on Telecharge and to resent theaters that still use it. As another poster said, you shouldn't have to zoom in ten times to be able to see the price of a ticket. It's not any technical feat to have the information show up when a user hovers over a seat - didn't the old site have that functionality?
I was able to get my LCT subscriber tickets for Corruption today. LCT still uses the old Telcharge site. I sure do miss the tabbed approach (for different days) and not having to zoom.
