Hi! Ive been trying to buy tickets on line but a message saying: Were sorry, were having a problem with this feature of the site right now. Please try again. This is appearing for quite a long time. Anyone is having the same problem? Sorry if this popped up before! Thanks in advance!
Telecharge has a reputation for erroneously flagging people's IP addresses and suspending access. It's happened to me several times when I've executed searches too quickly after one another, or when I've done 2 searches at the same time in different browser windows/on different devices. I fixed it by turning off my router for at least 8 hours so it assigned me a new IP address.
To find out if this is what has happened to you, try accessing Telecharge ticketing through the app on your cell phone using your mobile network, not your Wi-Fi. If it works, then your IP has been flagged.

Yes, I reread Kofler's computer message. I did have the same error message a couple of weeks ago (Were sorry, were having a problem with this feature of the site right now) when shows first announced ticket availability.
I called the Telecharge number. The security/tech rep couldn't find any issue related to the account and said the overwhelming volume likely caused the error message to appear.
This thread triggered a memory of a similar event I had. A few years back, I bought Great Comet tickets. Shortly thereafter, I searched days, weeks, months for stage seating. I was locked out when I tried to buy. I called Telecharge and was transferred to the security/tech group. The rep said multiple purchases and extensive searches triggers a potential fraud warning so it locks down the account. They immediately removed the lock.
Either way, a call to Telecharge and getting transferred to the security/tech group will uncover if the freeze is their fraud alert or an overwhelmed system.
