We’ve started getting our tickets for our upcoming trip. So far, I’ve been able to download our “Outsiders” tickets but nothing else. I’ve just taken screenshots. Just wondered if others have had to do this?
I’d say 25% of the time I have the same problem. I’ve tried having them resent but for some shows/tickets it still doesn’t work, so I just either take screenshots of them or open the email when I’m in line.
That's what I always do. Just easier (for me).

Just had this very thing happen with my matinee tix for Gypsy. Just opened the pdf’s and showed the ticket taker - absolutely no issue. You should be fine.
I always take a screenshot of the ticket. Easier to access in seconds on my phone instead of opening email then PDF, etc. They just need to see the barcode to scan it, that’s all.
At least you all seem to be able to purchase tickets on Telecharge. However long it has now been with their new way of purchasing tickets I either get stuck when it is searching for tickets or can't enlarge the screen to see the actual seats available. I was trying to purchase seats for Gypsy but gave up. I'll end up going to the box office instead.
No issues with any other ticketing site.

I usually show PDFs too. I'll try with a screenshot, it's much more convenient.
