I didnt get a chance to say this to an usher yesterday as I was leaving a theater. But I wanted to say thank you because all of you have been crucial in bringing audiences back to theaters safely. So thank you so much!!

Oh agreed! It seems like the majority of theater-goers have been compliant with the guidelines. I hope that doesn’t change!

I have to also say you are welcome as well. I have to say that at my theatre, people have been very good about the mask policy. And, just good overall. A majority of people I’ve interacted with are very happy Broadway is back. I think their excitement stems from the notion of you don’t know how much you miss something until it is gone. Even on days when I don’t wanna the excitement of the audience coming in makes a bad day better:

I hope people are enjoying my new reality. I’m never unmasking inside a theatre for the rest of my life.

I’ve actually felt the same way!! Unless I desperately need to drink water or something, I’d have no problem being masked for any and all future theater trips! Absolutely not a problem for me.
