I'd just like to express my absolute happiness and thankfulness to BroadwayWorld for having created their Broadway Radio! Its everything I was looking for in a broadway radio station. I hope everyone else agrees.

It's going to burn my cash right away. I already like what I've heard of Red Lips and City of Angels.

Posted: 11/17/03 at 6:19pmThanks for the info about "Red Lips." I was thoroughly intrigued by the clip I heard from it earlier today. I love the Broadway Radio so much--I've always wanted a radio station that played nothing but showtunes, and now I have my wish. :)

What an excellent station- I just put it on. Is it free?
Now we just need to get this station onto the NY radio network. I would love to hear "Gimme Gimme" on the radio as I drive to skool. And I cant believe they are putting HONK! on the site haha. I'm in that show now- its so weird- never quite made it to Broadway, but still an interesting show just the same with some excellent music. Haha- Cant wait for Wicked!!

Thanks for the feedback, everyone :)
There's no way to skip a song on the radio station -- it's broadcast just like "terrestrial" radio stations are, and you're getting the same stream everyone else is. There are OTHER radio stations that let you skip, but we're not them... for a bunch of reasons.
RobbO, I'm surprised to hear it's causing a crash for you. You may want to try a fresh installation of your web browser and windows media player (consider it the price you pay for free radio?
)

I LOVE THE SPTIFIRE GRILL! My biggest complaint now is that I never hear it anymore while I used to always.

Posted: 1/3/04 at 1:36pmIt doesn't work for me. ;_; I don't know why. I open the player and nothing happens. I downloaded that player thing that downloads the first time you open it, but it tells me the the connection is down. Anyone else having the same problem? How can I fix it?

Posted: 1/3/04 at 2:43pmYou are very welcome. I like to be helpful. Darn innate sense of wanting to help people! I need to get in touch with my stingy side. Maybe I'll get cast as a bad guy sometime in a show. The closest I've ever come is Commander Harbison in South Pacific, and he's just mean.
