Stayed there once, in the middle of a snow storm, a number of years ago.
I remember it being truly lovely. I haven't gone back, but that is ONLY because of price. I'm sure when I did stay there it was because I got a great rate at a discount site.

Posted: 6/5/12 at 11:26amStayed there just last week. Couldn't recommend it highly enough, especially for the affordable price. We were allowed to check in 8 hours early at no charge and were given a complementary room upgrade without even requesting it. The hotel was recently remodeled and has great contemporary decor. The location was perfect, right between Times Square and Central Park.

Beyond comfortable beds, they upgraded our room free of charge, if we needed ice they brought it to us, called and made reservations at restaurants we had planned to eat at. Staff was very helpful and kind. Great location, overall great experience.
