Orchestra. It's a small theater but i really think I made a mistake sitting in the mezzanine. The show just didn't read from far away.

Posted: 6/3/18 at 10:25pmOrchestra may be ideal, but I sat in the Front Mezzanine and thought it was a perfect view. The rear Mezzanine may be a little far back, but you certainly have nothing to worry about if you're in the front Mezzanine.

Posted: 6/3/18 at 10:28pmI sat in row E of the front mezzanine, and, for me, it was too far away for this intimate show. I felt disconnected.

Posted: 6/3/18 at 10:30pmI be seeing TBV next month. I be sitting orchestra B 2. Will this be too close?

I've seen it from the front row of the mezzanine and the front row of the orchestra.
Definitely get as close as you can.

Orchestra. We sat center orchestra row H 113-114 on the aisle...perfect!

I sat Orchestra BB 102 (after calling Telecharge and paying $20 to upgrade from front mezzanine) and it was a perfect seat.

Posted: 6/3/18 at 11:57pmSaw it twice. Both times in the rear mezz. Next to last row house right end seat on the left and E7 last week. Had a perfect view and heard everything. If I see it again I may go for closer but upstairs is just fine.

My first seat was the last row of the mezz. Could see and hear...and it made enough of a impression to want to see it again. Which we did from the front row of the mezz....which was wonderful.

I’ve seen it twice, first time was third or fourth row from the back in orchestra, second time was AA, front row. I liked being able to see the staging from further back, but sitting front row really let me feel like I was involved. The show is so intimate, and having scenes like the park played out a few feet in front of you was amazing.

When they were at the very front of the stage it was amazing. And not just that scene, but when Katrina Lenk sang “Omar Shariff”, having the cast glide past you in “Answer Me”, and several others where being so close, and seeing the emotions so raw, you felt it all.
Being in the very front row orchestra had minor disadvantages, but given the chance again I’d book the same seat.
I was in AA109 and posted pictures in “The Band’s Visit” review thread, but I’ll also link them here:

Posted: 6/7/18 at 7:35amI’m glad I upgraded my seat to second row Center Orchestra. Riveting show. I’m rooting big for it to do very well on Sunday night.
