I have an annoying usher story. When I saw Jersey Boys in September, John Lloyd Young was out sick so Michael Longoria was on as Frankie. After the show a fellow audience member asked me who I liked better since she knew I had seen JLY a couple times before that. I said they were both fabulous but I favored JLY. The lady said she loved Michael and the usher interjected into our conversation with the comment "Come November the role is his." I looked at her funny knowing JLY was trying to extend his contract and she said "John Lloyd is out he has a ripped larynx." Needless to say she was wrong but it was absolutely none of her business to volunteer such incorrect and personal information.
I am so glad she was wrong and JLY is back better than ever :)
