Does anybody know who the new cast members for "The Fantasticks" will be once Nick Spangler, Lewis Cleale, and Betsy Morgan leave (or have already left) the show?

I don't know the new cast members BUT this cast is great !! When the show was still downtown before they closed the first time , I saw it and it was very lame. The cast looked like they couldn't care less. As an AMAZING RACE fan I decided to go back and give it another chance. It wasn't just Nick Spangler , the whole cast was wonderful. You could see the charm of the show and why it's run forever. Hope the new cast is as good as the current one.

I agree. The current cast (with Nick, Lewis, and Betsy) is fantastic (pardon the pun).

I saw the show this past Sunday (03/08/09) hoping to see Nick Spangler, but unfortunately both him and the woman that normally assumes the role of Luisa were out. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised at how captivating the show itself was, as well as the amazing understudies. The theatre and space itself are a bit odd, but I would definitely recommend this show to any musical theatre fan.

Jordan went on for Nick, right? I've seen him in the role and he's very good.
