I read on the sign outside A Little Night Music today that CZJ is "inspired." Well, I saw her in the show last week and I'm hoping that she's inspired to take an acting class.

I just got tickets for this Saturday's matinee! I was so disappointed that I'd be missing this show since I was supposed to go to Boston this weekend, but there's trouble with Amtrak due to flooding in Rhode Island and I had to cancel my trip. I consider this fate that I can now go so Dame Edna!
I even got great seats. Fifth row in the orchestra. Not too shabby. I can't wait!

That's a shame. I really wanted to see this. I couldn't get good seats, though (I like to sit in the front). Oh, well. I hope Dame Edna comes back to Broadway soon with a solo show.

LOL, givesmevoice! I hated her with a passion in the movie Chicago. She acted like, "Aren't I the best singer and aren't I the most gorgeous and aren't I wonderful?" and all I could think the entire time was, "You cannot sing and you look like a drag queen (not that there's anything wrong with that)."
Ugh, I just don't want to sit in that audience and cringe as she pretends to be able to sing.

I am seeing The Fantasticks for the second time and I just heard that the woman playing Luisa, Margaret Anne Florence, is leaving the show after today. The new Luisa is coming in on Monday. I am seeing the show this Sunday (December 21), so does anyone know who will be playing Luisa that day?
It's a shame the current Luisa is leaving. She was excellent.

I just bought tickets to see "The Fantasticks" (for my mother's birthday) at the Snapple Theater. I saw this show when I was a little kid but I don't remember anything about it. Can anyone please let me know if I made a good purchase?
P.S. I got seats in the first row, center aisle...are those too close or is that a nice place to sit?

I just read on Wikipedia that he passed away (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rob_Guest). I hope this is not true.
He was too young. Poor guy.
