When I went through rush, I was at the back of the house. There really is not a bad seat in that theatre, though.

swipe 2-3 seconds before 10 AM, that way you are one of the first in

I’ve been trying for weeks with no luck. I refresh starting 20 seconds before, every second, but I’m still not fast enough. My usually strategy is just to stay on the rush page and continually tap on the show time and ok’ing the “in other’s carts” message. Wasn’t sure if was a good strategy until today. The 4th or 5th time I tapped the time, I proceeded to the next page to purchase them. Maybe that could work for others? Needless to say I’m excited!

I saw this tip from someone else, and it worked for me even though it sounds crazy...
Have your laptop open to an atomic clock website and as soon as it shows 9:59:59, click in the app. Don't change number of tickets and click checkout right away. With some luck, you'll get through.
I only really only needed ticket, but that extra time spent changing the number knocks you out of contention immediately. I was able to offer the second ticket to this board, so two of us got to see the show (which unfortunately wasn't that great, but for rush price, it was fine). My seats were Q5/6. No problem with the view - aside from being 10/11 rows back.

I changed the # of tix when I went and I had no problem just getting one.
